Refund policy

You have the right to revoke this conract within a period of fourteen days. This period of revocation shall be fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract. In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us of your claim by means of a clear statement (for example: letter, e-mail, etc.) in order to revoke this contract. You can use the sample form below, but this is not a requirement.

Loss of right of revocation

The right of revocation expires early in the event of contracts for the supply of digital contents not stored on a physical data carrier (e.g. download), if you have explicitly granted consent to performance of the contract commencing before expiry of the cancellation period and you were aware of having waived your right of revocation by giving such consent. This is in accordance with  § 18 Abs 1 Z 11 FAGG.
